How Does the Eyewear Protection Plan Work?

When you utilize our Eyewear Protection Plan, you are only responsible for 10% of the cost. eyecarecenter will cover 90% of the repair and/or replacement costs on your eyewear for a full year! We recommend you bring your glasses in at 6 months for a cleaning and inspection.

The Eyewear Protection Plan benefits include:

•     All maintenance and repairs that might be necessary during the year, including nose pad and screw replacements

•     Replacement of broken or damaged frames

•     Replacement of scratched or chipped lenses

•     Accidental breakage or damage to frames or lenses

*Disclaimer: Plan must be purchased before eyewear is dispensed, is valid for one year from the date of eyewear purchase, and is non-transferable and non-refundable. Tax on the plan is the patient’s responsibility. Not available on Oakley®, Maui Jim®, or Costa® products, or other manufacturer-supplied prescription eyewear. Replacement lenses must match the original prescription/lens options. Does not cover lost or stolen eyewear. If an identical frame is unavailable, you will be refitted into a new frame of equal or lesser value.
