Matt Bailey, OD

Dr. Mattew Bailey, OD, is a North Carolina native and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill alumnus currently practicing primary eye care in Concord, North Carolina. He was drawn to optometry as a profession after sustaining a baseball-related eye injury in his teenage years. Impressed with the care he received, and fascinated at how his own eye healed during that time, he chose to pursue a career in optometry after college.

Dr. Bailey attended the New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts, and graduated with his Doctor of Optometry degree in 2005. He has since practiced in both private and medical group practice settings. Happily married with two kids, a dog, (and some fish!) he can usually be found outside of work staying busy with family life.
