About Carrie Weaver
Dr. Carrie Weaver, OD, grew up in Burnsville, North Carolina. She graduated from Mountain Heritage High School and received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Duke University in 1991. She then graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham Optometry School in 1995.
Dr. Weaver began practicing in the Winston-Salem area immediately after graduation, and continues practicing eye care in North Carolina today. She is a member of the American Optometric Association, the North Carolina Optometric Society, and the Winston Salem Optometric Society.
Dr. Weaver is married and has one daughter. When she is not seeing patients, Dr. Weaver enjoys traveling with her family, watching college basketball, and hiking with her lab puppy.
